    Delivery Policy

    Order Processing:

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment.

    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

    Shipping Charges:

    • FREE shipping on orders above ₹499 (India only).

    • ₹50 flat shipping charge for orders below ₹499.

    Order Tracking:

    • Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via SMS/email.

    Note: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, or regional disruptions.

    Return Policy

    Due to the perishable nature of our products (pickles, papad, murraba, etc.), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

    However, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

    • You received a damaged product

    • You received a wrong item

    To be eligible, please:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

    • Share clear photos/videos of the issue via email or WhatsApp

    • Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging

    Refund Policy

    Once your return request is verified and approved:

    • You can opt for a replacement or a full refund

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

    Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
